The All India Port Trust Workers Federation (AIPTWF) is a national-level organization dedicated to representing, protecting, and empowering the workforce serving India’s ports and dockyards.
Formed with the vision of ensuring dignity, fairness, and safety for every port worker, the Federation unites employees from all major and minor ports across the country under one powerful voice.

Recognized by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways and the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, AIPTWF serves as a trusted bridge between workers, port authorities, and the Government — ensuring that every issue affecting the livelihood, security, and welfare of port workers is addressed with priority and transparency.

As an affiliated body of the Bharatiya Janata Majdoor Cell (BJMC), the Federation functions with a strong national commitment to labour justice and socio-economic progress. Guided by the principles of unity, discipline, and integrity, we continue to strengthen the voice of workers at every port — from the bustling harbours of Mumbai and Visakhapatnam to the growing terminals of Chennai, Cochin, and Paradip.

Our Federation actively engages in:

• Safety awareness and skill development programs to protect and uplift workers.

• Legal support and grievance redressal, ensuring fair treatment and timely resolution of worker issues.

• Policy consultations with ministries and port authorities to improve working conditions and job security.
